Fill out the hitter evaluation form

Tailored Guidance

This form will help paint the full picture of who you are as a hitter. This evaluation form will allow me to understand your strengths/weaknesses, goals as a baseball player, what level you are at (HS/College/etc), what you are looking to get out of this experience.

I will create a customized training approach based on the information in the evaluation form.

Personalized Drills

Drill Demonstration and Player Feedback

Based on player evaluation, I will curate specific drills via video. A written explanation on how the drills are to be performed, and what the drill is being used to accomplish will be included.

Players can upload video of them performing the drill, along with their feels, to provide feedback and dictate the next drill.

Open lines of communication

Players can contact me with any questions, updates, etc via WhatsApp. This will allow for an open line of communication between the hitter and myself.

About Will Feil Hitting

My name is Will Feil and I am former Division 1 baseball player at the University at Albany. In 5 seasons with the Great Danes, I was a 1st Team All-Conference selection and two time team captain. I totaled 19 career home runs and a career .408 on base percentage in my 3 full seasons as an everyday player.

Throughout my high school and college career, I lacked a hitting mentor. Sure I could go to a hitting lesson and work on mechanics, but there was no one to turn to to talk approach, pitch selection, and mindset in the box.

Time is the most valuable thing we have. As hitters, we can spend so much time playing around with different drills, thoughts, feels, etc before we arrive at the one that clicks. I want to help players find these "Ah Ha" moments in as little time as possible. The faster we find these, the faster we can reach our true potential.
